2. Products and Services


22Nails offers:

  • Physical products related to nail care and nail art.

  • Online training courses accessible via the 22Nails Academy platform.

    All products and services are described as accurately as possible on the site.

3. Prices and currencies

  • Prices are shown in Swiss franc (CHF) , euro (EUR) or US dollar (USD) .

  • They include the VAT applicable at the time of ordering.

  • Additional costs (delivery, local taxes, customs) are specified before validation of the order.

4. Payment


Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted means:

  • Shopify Payments (bank cards),

  • PayPal,

  • Twint.


Payments are secured using encryption systems that comply with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Delivery

  • Physical products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are given as an indication.

  • Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation.

  • The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer upon receipt of the package.

6. Access to training

  • Access is nominative, personal and non-transferable.

  • Some training courses are available for life .

  • Others have a limited duration (e.g. 6 months), specified at the time of purchase.

7. Right of withdrawal and refund policy


Physical products

  • In accordance with Swiss law, the customer has 7 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Products must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging .

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.


Online training

  • A refund is only possible if the training certificate has not been downloaded .

  • Once the certificate is downloaded, no refund will be given.

  • The request must be made by email to admin@leszartsdemarie.ch within the time limit specified by the purchased offer (7 to 30 days).

8. Warranty


Physical products benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by Swiss law.

No guarantee is applicable to online training, except in the event of a technical malfunction of the platform attributable to 22Nails.

9. Liability


22Nails cannot be held responsible:

  • interruptions in access to the platform due to maintenance,

  • technical problems related to the customer's equipment,

  • from improper use of the products.

10. Modification of the conditions


22Nails reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.

The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction


These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Vevey (Switzerland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
